Peking Acrobats
Members of The Peking Acrobats have been redefining their art form of Chinese acrobatics for 30 years. The troupe, coming to the Gallo Center, performs maneuvers atop a pagoda of chairs, trick-cycling, precision tumbling, somersaulting and gymnastics.

Shen Yun
Shen Yun Performing Arts presents its “China Before Communism” production at the Gallo Center, presented by the San Francisco Falun Buddha Study Association. The company performs classical Chinese, ethnic, folk and story-based dance, with orchestral accompaniment and solo performers.

Yacht Rock Revue
Yacht Rock Revue plays soft rock from 1970s and ’80s. The group’s first original record, “Hot Dads in Tight Jeans,” features songs inspired by the smooth sounds of those eras. The band will bring its show to the Gallo Center.

La Santa Cecilia
Grammy-winning Mexican-American rock band La Santa Cecilia draws inspiration from across the world, including cumbia, bossa-nova, rumba, bolero, tango, R&B, jazz and klezmer music. Named after the patron saint of music, the group coming to the Gallo Center sings in both English and Spanish.

Petty tribute
Petty Theft plays the music of classic rock band Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. The San Francisco-based group coming to the State Theatre has been touring the western United States since 2003, performing Tom Petty’s songs.
