OMEGA X have announced their lawsuit win against Spire Entertainment.
On January 11, OMEGA X took to Instagram to reveal they won the lawsuit against Spire Entertainment to suspend the validity of their exclusive contract. The group’s announcement is as follows:
“We won the lawsuit we filed against our agency to suspend the validity of our exclusive contract today. We were able to achieve all of this thanks to you giving us courage and reaching out your hand. Thank you for worrying about us and supporting us up until now. For X, we truly love you and thank you. We’ll repay you in the future with even better music and admirable performances.”
OMEGA revealed they’d be filing a lawsuit to terminate their contract with Spire Entertainment last November after the agency’s chairman and former CEO allegedly hit the members in public. The incident then led to further controversy over continued alleged physical, verbal, and sexual abuse of the OMEGA X members.
